Septic in Royston

Why septic work still matters if a sewer's coming

We inspect, repair and, where it's warranted, replace what's there now.

What's different about a lot here?

If your older Royston system was built for seasonal use, we can help you upgrade it to handle full-time living on a compact lot.

What happens once the sewer arrives?

Until municipal hookup reaches your lot, we keep your current septic system running safely. We can tell you what to expect for your property once the extension gets closer to your street.

Keeping an older system working

Older setups built decades ago for light seasonal use often struggle under modern full-time living. A distribution box usually fails first, sending too much wastewater into one side of your drain field. You might notice slow drains inside your home or soggy patches appearing over your yard.

When we inspect your property, we test your water flow and check your tank levels. We can replace worn distribution boxes, install ground-level risers, or repair damaged lines. These repairs protect your drain field and keep your older setup running smoothly for many years to come.
